chatracāmarapāṇis tu lakṣmaṇo rāghavānujaḥ |

jugopa bhrātaraṃ bhrātā ratham āsthāya pṛṣṭhataḥ ||

Translation

ఛత్రం, చామరాన్ని చేతబట్టి రాఘవుని అనుజుడైన లక్ష్మణుడు రథంపై వెనుకనెక్కి, నిజమైన అన్నదమ్ముడిలా తన అన్న రాముని కాపాడెను।
