जटायुवृत्तान्तः
Jatāyu’s Testimony and Rāma’s Grief
इत्युक्त्वाभ्यपतद्गृध्रं सन्धाय धनुषि क्षुरम्।क्रुद्धो रामस्समुद्रान्तां कम्पयन्निव मेदिनीम्।।।।
ity uktvābhyapatad gṛdhraṃ sandhāya dhanuṣi kṣuram | kruddho rāmas samudrāntāṃ kampayann iva medinīm ||
ఇట్లు చెప్పి క్రోధించిన రాముడు ధనుస్సుకు క్షురబాణాన్ని సంధించి గృధ్రంపై దూకాడు; అతని ఉగ్రవేగం సముద్రాంతమైన భూమిని కంపింపజేస్తున్నట్లుగా అనిపించింది।
