मैथुनाद्बलहानिः स्यान्निद्राति तरुणायते । निद्रयापहृतज्ञानः स्वल्पायुर्जायते नरः

maithunādbalahāniḥ syānnidrāti taruṇāyate | nidrayāpahṛtajñānaḥ svalpāyurjāyate naraḥ

మైథునభోగం వల్ల బలం తగ్గుతుంది; అతినిద్ర వల్ల యౌవనోత్సాహం క్షీణిస్తుంది. నిద్ర చేత జ్ఞానం హరించబడినవాడు మనిషి అల్పాయువాడవుతాడు।
