Sandhi Resolution Notes: राजन्प्रयागस्य = राजन् + प्रयागस्य; नात्र = न + अत्र.
It highlights Prayāga as a premier tīrtha whose very visitation is portrayed as spiritually transformative, marking it as a central node in the Purāṇic sacred landscape.
By urging attentive listening to a tīrtha’s māhātmya, it promotes devotional receptivity and faith in sacred places as channels of divine grace and purification.
It encourages humility and moral renewal: one should seek purification, heed wise instruction, and trust that sincere spiritual practice can release one from accumulated wrongdoing.
