विकुंडल उवाच । किं तत्पुण्यं कथं जातं किं जन्म च पुरातनम् । तत्सर्वं कथ्यतां दूत ततो दास्यामि सत्वरम्

వికుండలుడు అన్నాడు—ఆ పుణ్యం ఏమిటి, అది ఎలా కలిగింది, ఆ ప్రాచీన జన్మ ఏది? ఓ దూతా, అన్నీ చెప్పు; అప్పుడు నేను వెంటనే ఇస్తాను.
