FAQs

It elevates Śālagrāma worship, stating that Viṣṇu (Hari) is especially pleased by devotion centered on the chakra-marked Śālagrāma stone—even more than by the splendors of Lakṣmī or His own celestial abode.

It refers to the Śālagrāma-śilā bearing the mark of the cakra (Viṣṇu’s discus), a traditional identifying feature of sacred Śālagrāma stones revered in Vaiṣṇava practice.

It emphasizes that sincere, steady bhakti offered through a sanctified form (here, Śālagrāma) is supremely valued—suggesting devotion and reverent worship matter more than wealth, status, or even proximity to divine realms.
