Unspecified devotee(s) addressing a beloved deity (likely Viṣṇu/Kṛṣṇa) in a bhakti-lament

Concept: Darśana (direct experience of the Lord) is life itself; hope (āśā) sustains the devotee through separation.

Application: When devotion feels dry, keep a small daily ‘darśana practice’—japa, a brief temple/altar gaze, or reading a verse—so hope remains active rather than passive.

Primary Rasa: shringara

Secondary Rasa: karuna
