अन्य सृष्टिं करोम्यद्य हत्वा त्वां च सनिर्ज्जरम् । ततो विष्णुरुवाचेदं गर्जंतं दैत्यपुंगवम्

anya sṛṣṭiṃ karomyadya hatvā tvāṃ ca sanirjjaram | tato viṣṇuruvācedaṃ garjaṃtaṃ daityapuṃgavam

“ఈ రోజు నిన్ను అమరులతో కూడ బంధించి సంహరించి, మరొక సృష్టిని నేను నిర్మిస్తాను.” అని గర్జిస్తున్న దైత్యపుంగవుని ఉద్దేశించి విష్ణువు ఈ మాటలు పలికెను।
