तारेयोग्निशरैः स्कंदं जघान रणमूर्धनि । विशिखं भिदुरप्रख्यं चखान हरनंदने

tāreyogniśaraiḥ skaṃdaṃ jaghāna raṇamūrdhani | viśikhaṃ bhiduraprakhyaṃ cakhāna haranaṃdane

నక్షత్రసమానంగా ప్రకాశించే అగ్నిముఖ బాణాలతో అతడు యుద్ధశిఖరంలో స్కందుని కొట్టాడు; అలాగే ‘భిదుర’గా ప్రసిద్ధమైన చీల్చే విశిఖాన్ని హరనందనునిలో దూర్చాడు।
