असद्वृत्तस्य पुण्यं हि क्षयं यात्यंजनोपमम् । अनाचाराद्धतो विप्र आचारात्सुरतां व्रजेत्

asadvṛttasya puṇyaṃ hi kṣayaṃ yātyaṃjanopamam | anācārāddhato vipra ācārātsuratāṃ vrajet

దురాచారుడి పుణ్యం అంజనంలా క్రమంగా క్షయమవుతుంది. అనాచారంతో బ్రాహ్మణుడు నశిస్తాడు; సదాచారంతో దేవస్థితిని పొందుతాడు.
