पितृयज्ञादिदानेषु मेध्यं तद्धनमुच्यते । समभ्यसेद्धनुर्विद्यां वेदयुक्तां सदानघः

pitṛyajñādidāneṣu medhyaṃ taddhanamucyate | samabhyaseddhanurvidyāṃ vedayuktāṃ sadānaghaḥ

పితృయజ్ఞాది దానకార్యాలలో వినియోగించే ధనం ‘మేధ్యం’ అంటే పవిత్ర ధనమని చెప్పబడుతుంది. సదా నిర్దోషుడైనవాడు వేదసహితమైన ధనుర్విద్యను నిరంతరం అభ్యసించాలి.
