FAQs

It indicates a contemplative vision in which the object of meditation is recognized as present in all beings and all states—an undivided, pervasive reality rather than a limited, localized form.

It is the highest spiritual attainment—described as amūrta (formless) and amṛtopama (like immortality)—signifying liberation beyond decay, limitation, and embodied identity.

It emphasizes steadiness of contemplation: cultivating an all-inclusive, non-fragmented awareness and aligning one’s life toward that vision, since such realization is presented as the direct cause of the highest goal.
