सेनाध्यक्षेण च विना यथा सैन्यं न भाति च । त्वां विना वै तथा सैन्यं शूकराणां महामते

senādhyakṣeṇa ca vinā yathā sainyaṃ na bhāti ca | tvāṃ vinā vai tathā sainyaṃ śūkarāṇāṃ mahāmate

సేనాధ్యక్షుడు లేకుండా సైన్యం ప్రకాశించదు, విజయమూ పొందదు; అలాగే, ఓ మహామతీ, నీవు లేకుండా పందుల సైన్యమూ నిరుపయోగమే.
