Brahmā’s Discourse to Mohinī
Harivāsara, Desire, and the Satya-Test of Rukmāṅgada
प्रसंगे दशसाहस्रं पुण्यमायाति संक्षयम् । पुण्यस्य संक्षयात्पापी पाषाणाखुर्भवेद्ध्रुवम् ॥ १५ ॥
prasaṃge daśasāhasraṃ puṇyamāyāti saṃkṣayam | puṇyasya saṃkṣayātpāpī pāṣāṇākhurbhaveddhruvam || 15 ||
కుసంగం, ఆసక్తి అనే ప్రసంగంతో పదివేల పుణ్యమూ క్షయమవుతుంది. పుణ్యక్షయంతో పాపి నిశ్చయంగా ‘పాషాణాఖుర’ (అధమ జన్మ) అవుతాడు.
