gāḍhakaṇṭhagrahālagnasubhageṣṭajane tataḥ kiṃcidākulatāṃ prāpte menānetrāmbujadvaye //

Translation

అప్పుడు ఆమె ప్రియుడైన సుభగుడు గట్టిగా మెడను చుట్టుకొని ఆలింగనం చేయగా, మేనాదేవి కమలసమానమైన రెండు కన్నుల్లో స్వల్ప ఆందోళన—భావోద్వేగం—ఉప్పొంగింది।
