Adhyaya 90The Slaying of Shumbha and the Reabsorption of the Goddesses into Ambika

उत्पातमेघाः सोल्का ये प्रागासंस्ते शमं ययुः ।

सरितो मार्गवाहिन्यस्तथासंस्तत्र पातिते ॥

sarito mārga-vāhinyas tathāsaṃs tatra pātite

ముందుగా ఉల్కలతో కూడిన అపశకున సూచక మేఘాలు ఉన్నవి శాంతించాయి; అలాగే విపరీత మార్గాల్లో ప్రవహించిన నదులు, అతడు అక్కడ పడగానే తమ తమ యథోచిత మార్గాలకు తిరిగివచ్చాయి।
