raktabindur yadā bhūmau pataty asya śarīrataḥ / samutpatati medinyāṃ tatpramāṇo mahāsuraḥ
అతని శరీరంనుండి రక్తబిందువు నేలపై పడిన ప్రతిసారి, భూమి నుండే అదే పరిమాణం, అదే రూపం గల మరో మహాసురుడు పుట్టుకొచ్చేవాడు।

Unchecked harm reproduces itself: one unaddressed “drop” of wrongdoing can generate many further problems; thus wisdom demands addressing causes, not only symptoms.
Not a pañcalakṣaṇa unit; it is a theologically charged episode (devī-māhātmya) illustrating the dynamics of adharma and the need for śakti.
Raktabīja signifies proliferating desire/attachment: each ‘bleeding’ of attention into sense-objects multiplies distractions unless contained and transmuted.
