तस्माद् ग्रहर्क्षपीडासु देशपीडां विनिर्दिशेत् ॥

rāśayaśca tatharkṣeṣu graharāśiṣvavasthitāḥ / tasmād graharkṣapīḍāsu deśapīḍāṃ vinirdiśet

Translation

రాశులు నక్షత్రములలోనూ స్థితమైయున్నవి; గ్రహములు రాశులలో స్థితమైయున్నవి. కనుక గ్రహ-నక్షత్ర పీడ కలిగినప్పుడు, దానికి అనుగుణమైన ప్రాంతపు పీడను నిర్ధారించవలెను.
