होमस्त्रिषवणस्नानं जटावल्कलधारणम् । योगाभ्यासः सदा चैव वन्यस्नेहनिषेवणम् ॥

homas triṣavaṇasnāṇaṃ jaṭāvalkaladhāraṇam | yogābhyāsaḥ sadā caiva vanyasnehaniṣevaṇam ||

అగ్నిహోత్రం చేయాలి; త్రిసంధ్య వేళల్లో స్నానం చేయాలి; జటలు, వల్కల వస్త్రాలు ధరించాలి; నిత్యం యోగాభ్యాసం చేయాలి; అరణ్యంలో లభించే ఘృత-తైలాది స్నేహాలను సరళ ఆహారంగా స్వీకరించాలి।
