भवितव्यं नरेन्द्रेण न कामवशवर्तिना ॥

bhavitavyaṃ narendreṇa na kāmavaśavartinā

Translation

రాజు స్థానం, వృద్ధి, క్షయములను తెలిసినవాడై, షాడ్గుణ్యముల ప్రకారం నీతిని నిర్ణయించువాడై ఉండాలి; కామవశుడై ఉండకూడదు।
