ये ल्िमे क्षुरसंकाशा: सहस्रा लोमवाहिन: । एतेअ<र्जुनस्य वैराटे शरा: सर्पविषोपमा:,विराटपुत्र! ये जो छुरेके समान मजबूत और चमकीले बाण हैं, जिनमें पंख लगे हुए हैं और जो साँपोंके विषके समान प्रभाव रखते हैं, ये सब अर्जुनके ही हैं
ye lime kṣurasaṅkāśāḥ sahasrā lomavāhinaḥ | ete 'rjunasya vairāṭe śarāḥ sarpaviṣopamāḥ ||
విరాటపుత్రా! క్షురంలా పదునుగా మెరిసే, రెక్కలతో అమర్చబడిన, సర్పవిషంలా ప్రభావశాలిగా ఉన్న ఈ వేలాది బాణాలు—నిస్సందేహంగా అర్జునునివే. వీటిని చూచిన వెంటనే ధర్మనిష్ఠుడైన ధనుర్ధరుని చేయి గుర్తుపడుతుంది; రక్షణకై, కర్తవ్యం పిలిచినప్పుడు యుద్ధంలో విజయంకై ఇవి సిద్ధం.
