Sudeva Identifies Damayantī in Cedi (सुदेवेन दमयन्ती-परिचयः)
वाससोडर्थ परिच्छिद्य त्यक्तवान् मामनागसम् । त॑ मार्गमाणा भर्तारें दहमाना दिवानिशम्
vāsaso 'rdhaṃ paricchidya tyaktavān mām anāgasam | tāṃ mārgamāṇāṃ bhartāraṃ dahamānāṃ divāniśam ||
నా వస్త్రాన్ని సగం చింపి, నిరపరాధినైన నన్ను అతడు వదిలేశాడు. ఆపై భర్తను వెతుకుతూ నేను పగలు-రాత్రి అంతరంగంలో కాలిపోతూ ఉండిపోయాను.
