Sudeva Identifies Damayantī in Cedi (सुदेवेन दमयन्ती-परिचयः)

भासि विद्युदिवा भ्रेषु शंस मे कासि कस्य वा । नहि ते मानुषं रूपं भूषणैरपि वर्जितम्‌

bhāsi vidyudivā bhreṣu śaṃsa me kāsi kasya vā | nahi te mānuṣaṃ rūpaṃ bhūṣaṇair api varjitam ||

“మేఘాల మధ్య మెరుపువలె నీవు ప్రకాశిస్తున్నావు. చెప్పు—నీవెవరు, ఎవరిది? ఎందుకంటే ఆభరణాలు లేకున్నా నీ రూపం మానవమాత్రమైనట్లు అనిపించడం లేదు.”
