Hanūmān’s Embrace, Counsel, and Promise to Amplify Bhīma’s Battle-Roar

Educational Q&A

Even the greatest beings and the very features of the world are subject to Kāla (Time). Across the yugas, capacities and conditions change; therefore one should accept the limits set by cosmic order rather than demand what belongs to another age.

Vaiśampāyana narrates a reflection that all entities—earth, rivers, mountains, Siddhas, gods, and seers—follow Time. The speaker discourages a Kuru hero from insisting on witnessing a former, yuga-specific form or glory, emphasizing that everyone must conform to the changing conditions of the ages.
