अकृतव्रण उवाच स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय राजन्‌ वरुणमब्रवीत्‌ । एकत: श्यामकर्णानां पाण्डुराणां तरस्विनाम्‌

Transliteration

Akṛtavraṇa uvāca: sa tatheti pratijñāya rājan Varuṇam abravīt | ekataḥ śyāmakarṇānāṃ pāṇḍurāṇāṃ tarasvinām

Translation

అకృతవ్రణుడు అన్నాడు—“అలాగే.” అని ప్రతిజ్ఞ చేసి, అతడు రాజు వరుణునితో ఇలా అన్నాడు—“ఒక వైపు శ్యామకర్ణాలు, పాండురవర్ణం, వేగశాలి…”
