Sanatsujāta on the Imperceptible Eternal Light (यत्तच्छुक्रं महज्ज्योतिः)

na sādṛśye tiṣṭhati rūpam asya na cakṣuṣā paśyati kaścid enam | manīṣayātho manasā hṛdā ca ye enaṃ vidur amṛtās te bhavanti || yoginas taṃ prapaśyanti bhagavantaṃ sanātanam ||

Educational Q&A

The Supreme cannot be grasped by external comparison or sensory sight; immortality (liberation) comes through inner realization—discernment, mental inwardness, and heart-centered knowing—culminating in the yogin’s direct vision of the eternal Lord.

In the Sanatsujātīya discourse within Udyoga Parva, Sanatsujāta instructs (in a setting of ethical and existential urgency before the great war) that true security is not worldly power but knowledge of the Supreme Self, which grants freedom from death.
