Dhṛtarāṣṭra–Saṃjaya Dialogue: Command to Proceed to Upaplavya
न चेद् गच्छेत् संगरं मन्दबुद्धि- स्ताभ्यां लभेच्छर्म तदा सुतो मे । नो चेत् कुरून् संजय निर्दहेता- मिन्द्राविष्णू दैत्यसेनां यथैव
na ced gacchet saṅgaraṃ mandabuddhis tābhyāṃ labhec charma tadā suto me | no cet kurūn sañjaya nirdahētām indrāviṣṇū daityasenāṃ yathaiva, sañjaya ||
సంజయా! నా మందబుద్ధి కుమారుడు ఆ ఇద్దరితో యుద్ధానికి వెళ్లకపోతేనే అతనికి క్షేమం, మంగళం లభిస్తుంది. లేకపోతే, సంజయా, ఆ ఇద్దరు వీరులు కౌరవులను బూడిద చేస్తారు—ఇంద్రుడు, విష్ణువు దైత్యసేనను నాశనం చేసినట్లే।
