विपरीता व्वियं वृत्तिरसकृल्लक्ष्यते त्वयि

vaiśampāyana uvāca | viparītā hy iyaṃ vṛttir asakṛl lakṣyate tvayi |

నీ లో ఈ విపరీత ప్రవృత్తి మళ్లీ మళ్లీ కనిపిస్తుంది. ఓ భారతా! ఈ సమయంలో నీ దురాగ్రహం అధర్మమయమే; దానికి తగిన కారణమూ లేదు. ఈ భయంకరమైన హఠం అనర్థకరమై మహా ప్రాణనాశకమగును; నీవు దీన్ని విజయవంతం చేయలేవు.
