पुरा जरा कलेवरं विजर्जरीकरोति ते | बलाड्ररूपहारिणी निधत्स्व केवलं निधिम्
purā jarā kalevaraṁ vijarjarīkaroti te | balād rūpahāriṇī nidhatsva kevalaṁ nidhim |
వ్యాసుడు పలికెను—చూడు, కాలక్రమేణా వృద్ధాప్యం నీ దేహాన్ని జర్జరితం చేస్తుంది; అది బలాన్నీ రూపాన్నీ హరించేది. కాబట్టి ఆ రోజు రాకముందే నీకోసం ఒక్క నిజ నిధి—జ్ఞాననిధిని—సంచయించు.
