निर्वेदोपदेशः (Nirveda-Upadeśa) — Maṅki’s Dispassion and the Limits of Wealth-Seeking

भुक्तवन्तं च त॑ विप्रं प्रीतात्मानं महातपा: । क्लमापनयनार्थ स पक्षाभ्यामभ्यवीजयत्‌,वह ब्राह्मण उन मत्स्योंको पकाकर जब खा चुका और उसकी अनन्‍्तरात्मा तृप्त हो गयी, तब वह महातपस्वी पक्षी उसकी थकावट दूर करनेके लिये अपने पंखोंसे हवा करने लगा

bhuktavantaṃ ca taṃ vipraṃ prītātmānaṃ mahātapāḥ | klamāpanayanārthaṃ sa pakṣābhyām abhyavījayat ||

ఆ బ్రాహ్మణుడు భోజనం చేసి హృదయం తృప్తి పొందిన తరువాత, ఆ మహాతపస్వి పక్షి అతని అలసట తొలగించుటకు తన రెక్కలతో మృదువుగా గాలివీశాడు।
