मयूरवद्राजधर्मः (Mayūra-vat Rāja-dharma) — The Peacock-Model of Protective Kingship
कर्मस्विहानुरूपेषु न््यस्या भृत्या यथाविधि । प्रतिलोम॑ न भृत्यास्ते स्थाप्या: कर्मफलैषिणा
karmasv ihānurūpeṣu nyasyā bhṛtyā yathāvidhi | pratilomaṁ na bhṛtyās te sthāpyāḥ karmaphalaiṣiṇā ||
ఇక్కడ సేవకులను విధి ప్రకారం వారి సామర్థ్యానికి అనుగుణమైన పనులలోనే నియమించాలి. ఫలితాన్ని కోరేవాడు సేవకులను ప్రతిలోమమైన—అనుచితమైన—పాత్రల్లో నియమించకూడదు।
