Measured Policy and the Recognition of Malicious Disposition
अमित्रमुपसेवेत विश्वस्तवदविश्वसन् । प्रियमेव वदेन्नित्यं नाप्रियं किंचिदाचरेत्
amitrām upaseveta viśvastavad aviśvasan | priyam eva vaden nityaṁ nāpriyaṁ kiñcid ācaret ||
భీష్ముడు పలికెను— అంతరంగంలో విశ్వాసం లేకపోయినా, బయటకు విశ్వస్తుడిలా శత్రువును సేవించాలి. ఎల్లప్పుడూ అతనికి ప్రియమైన మాటలే పలకాలి; ఏ అప్రియ కార్యమూ చేయకూడదు।
