संजय उवाच
Even in a war setting, counsel should be gentle in expression, rooted in dharma, and aimed at the true welfare of those who must act—ethical speech is presented as a form of guidance and restraint.
Sanjaya, narrating events to Dhritarashtra, summarizes that a speaker (contextually, a senior figure offering counsel) addressed others with pleasing, dharma-aligned words intended for the benefit of the warriors.
