यथा स्थानानि दिव्यानि विबुधानां शुभानने । तपसा तानि प्राप्याणि तपोमूलं महत् सुखम्,'शुभानने! तपस्यासे सब कुछ प्राप्त होता है। तुम्हारा मनोरथ भी यथावत् रूपसे सिद्ध होगा। देवताओंके जो दिव्य स्थान हैं, वे तपस्यासे प्राप्त होनेवाले हैं। महान् सुखका मूल कारण तपस्या ही है
yathā sthānāni divyāni vibudhānāṃ śubhānane | tapasā tāni prāpyāṇi tapomūlaṃ mahat sukham ||
ఓ శుభాననే! దేవతల దివ్య స్థానాలు తపస్సుతో పొందబడినట్లే, ఆ పదవులూ తపస్సుతోనే లభిస్తాయి. మహాసుఖానికి మూలం తపస్సే.
