अनर्थाश्षार्थरूपेण अर्थाश्षानर्थरूपिण: । उत्तिष्ठन्ति विनाशाय नूनं तच्चास्य रोचते

Transliteration

anarthāś cārtharūpeṇa arthāś cānartharūpiṇaḥ | uttiṣṭhanti vināśāya nūnaṃ tac cāsya rocate ||

Translation

సంజయుడు పలికెను—వినాశం వైపు పోతున్నప్పుడు అనర్థమే అర్థరూపంగా, అర్థమూ అనర్థరూపంగా ఎదుట నిలుస్తాయి; అర్థమనే వేషంలో వచ్చిన అనర్థమే అతనికి నిశ్చయంగా నచ్చుతుంది.
