Description of War Standards
एवं चैतत् करिष्यामि यथा मामनुशाससि । सुप्रभातामिमां रात्रिं जयाय विजयस्य हि,अर्जुनकी विजयके लिये कल सबेरे जो कुछ करनेकी आप मुझे आज्ञा देते हैं, उसे उसी रूपमें मैं अवश्य पूर्ण करूँगा
evaṃ caitat kariṣyāmi yathā mām anuśāsasi | suprabhātām imāṃ rātriṃ jayāya vijayasya hi ||
నీవు నాకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లే నేను అలాగే చేస్తాను. ఈ రాత్రి శుభప్రభాతంగా మారుగాక—విజయార్థం, అర్జునుని జయార్థమే.
दारुक उवाच
The verse highlights disciplined obedience and steadfast execution of one’s assigned duty: Dāruka commits to carry out instructions precisely, framing the coming dawn as auspicious for the righteous aim of victory.
