Abhimanyu’s Prowess and the Duḥśāsana Engagement
संदर्शयिष्यन्नस्त्राणि विचित्राणि लघूनि च | आर्जुनि: समरे शूरो मृदुपूर्वमयुध्यत,शूरवीर अर्जुनकुमारने समरांगणमें अपने विचित्र एवं शीघ्रगामी अस्त्रोंका प्रदर्शन करते हुए पहले मृदुभावसे ही युद्ध किया
saṃdarśayiṣyann astrāṇi vicitrāṇi laghūni ca | ārjuniḥ samare śūro mṛdu-pūrvam ayudhyata ||
తన విచిత్రమైన, వేగవంతమైన అస్త్రాలను ప్రదర్శించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో వీరుడైన అర్జునపుత్రుడు సమరంలో మొదట మృదుత్వంతో, నియమంతో యుద్ధం చేశాడు.
