ईदृशश्व महादेवो भूयांश्न भगवानज: । न हि सर्वे मया शक्‍्या वक्तुं भगवतो गुणा:

Transliteration

īdṛśaś ca mahādevo bhūyāṁś ca bhagavān ajaḥ | na hi sarve mayā śakyā vaktuṁ bhagavato guṇāḥ ||

Translation

వ్యాసుడు పలికెను—ఇదే మహాదేవుని స్వరూపము—సదా మరింత మహోన్నతుడు, భగవంతుడు, అజుడు. ఆ ప్రభువు యొక్క సమస్త గుణములను పూర్తిగా వర్ణించుట నాకు సాధ్యము కాదు.
