సంజయుడు అన్నాడు: ఓ రాజా, నీవు గానీ మేము గానీ—పరస్పరం నిజంగా గ్రహించలేకపోయాము.
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights the ethical cost of failed communication and self-knowledge: when rulers and advisers do not truly understand one another, counsel becomes ineffective and responsibility for ensuing harm is shared.
