न शान्तिं लेभिरे तत्र राक्षसैर्भूशपीडिता: । उन राक्षसोंसे अत्यन्त पीड़ित होकर पांचाल और सूंजयवंशी क्षत्रिय तथा उनके घोड़े और बड़े-बड़े हाथी भी शान्ति न पा सके
na śāntiṃ lebhire tatra rākṣasair bhūśapīḍitāḥ |
సంజయుడు పలికెను— అక్కడ రాక్షసులచే తీవ్రంగా పీడింపబడిన వారు శాంతిని పొందలేకపోయిరి. పాంచాలులు, సృంజయవంశీయ క్షత్రియులు, వారి అశ్వములు మరియు మహాగజములు కూడా ఆ నిరంతర దాడిలో విశ్రాంతి పొందలేకపోయిరి.
