त॑ भीमसेन: समरे तीक्ष्णाग्रैरक्षेणोच्छरै: । अलायुधस्तु तानस्तान्‌ भीमेन विशिखान्‌ रणे

Transliteration

taṁ bhīmasenaḥ samare tīkṣṇāgrair akṣaṇoccharaiḥ | alāyudhas tu tān astān bhīmena viśikhān raṇe

Translation

అప్పుడు సమరంలో భీమసేనుడు పదునైన అగ్రాలు గల, అతి వేగంగా దూసుకెళ్లే బాణాలతో అతనిపై దాడి చేశాడు. అయితే అలాయుధుడు భీముడు విడిచిన ఆ ఆ శరాలను యుద్ధంలో సహించి, దృఢంగా ఎదుర్కొన్నాడు॥
