धृष्टद्युम्नपिता राजन् द्रोणमेवाभ्यवर्तत । राजन! पांचाल-सैनिकोंसे सुरक्षित धृष्टद्युम्न-पिता राजा द्रुपदने भी द्रोणाचार्यका ही सामना किया
dhṛṣṭadyumnapitā rājan droṇam evābhyavartata |
సంజయుడు పలికెను—రాజా! పాంచాల సైన్య రక్షణలో ఉన్నప్పటికీ ధృష్టద్యుమ్నుని తండ్రి రాజు ద్రుపదుడు స్వయంగా ద్రోణాచార్యుని ఎదుర్కొనుటకు ముందుకు సాగెను।
