उपाजहुस्तमास्थाय कर्णो<प्यभ्यद्रवद्‌ रिपून्‌ | एतत्‌ ते सर्वमाख्यातं यन्मां त्वं परिमूच्छसि,दुर्योधनके सेवक वह रथ लेकर आये और कर्णने उसके ऊपर आरूढ़ होकर शत्रुओंपर धावा किया। राजन! आप मुझसे जो कुछ पूछ रहे थे, वह सब मैंने आपको बता दिया

Transliteration

upājahus tam āsthāya karṇo 'py abhyadravad ripūn | etat te sarvam ākhyātaṃ yan māṃ tvaṃ parimucchasi ||

Translation

సంజయుడు పలికెను—దుర్యోధనుని సేవకులు ఆ రథాన్ని తీసికొనివచ్చిరి; దానిపై అధిరోహించిన కర్ణుడు కూడా శత్రువులపై నేరుగా దూసుకెళ్లెను. రాజా! నీవు నన్ను ఏది అడిగితివో, అది సమస్తమును నేను నీకు క్రమంగా వివరించితిని.
