द्रौपदेयास्त्रिसप्तत्या सप्तभिश्न घटोत्कच: । धृष्टद्युम्नस्त्रिभिश्वापि कृतवर्माणमार्दयत्,द्रौपदीके पुत्रोंने तिहत्तर, घटोत्कचने सात और धृष्टद्युम्नने तीन बाणोंद्वारा उसे गहरी चोट पहुँचायी

ద్రౌపదేయులు డెబ్బైమూడు బాణాలతో, ఘటోత్కచుడు ఏడు బాణాలతో, ధృష్టద్యుమ్నుడు మూడు బాణాలతో కృతవర్మను మరింతగా ఆర్ద్రయించాడు (తీవ్రంగా గాయపరచాడు)।
