ते समेत्य नरव्यात्रा भारद्वाजं महारथम् | अभ्यवर्षन् शरैस्तीक्ष्पै: कड्कबर्हिणवाजितै:
te sametya naravyāghrā bhāradvājaṁ mahāratham | abhyavarṣan śarais tīkṣṇaiḥ kaṅkabārhiṇavājitaiḥ ||
ఆ నరవ్యాఘ్రులైన వీరులు సమేతంగా చేరి భరద్వాజపుత్రుడైన మహారథి ద్రోణుని మీదికి దూసుకెళ్లి, కొంగు మరియు నెమలి ఈకలతో అలంకరించిన పదునైన బాణవర్షం కురిపించారు.
