बलात् संस्तम्भयस्वैनं यत्रैषा भिद्यते चमू: । न हि भीष्मशरानन्य: सोढुमुत्सहते विभो
balāt saṁstambhayasvainaṁ yatraiṣā bhidyate camūḥ | na hi bhīṣmaśarān anyaḥ soḍhum utsahate vibho ||
“అతడు ఈ సేనను చీల్చి చెండాడుతున్న చోటికే వెళ్లి, బలప్రయోగంతో అతనిని స్థంభింపజేయుము—అతడు ముందుకైనా వెనుకకైనా కదలలేని విధంగా. ఓ మహావీరా! నీ తప్ప భీష్ముని బాణాల దెబ్బను భరించగలవాడు మరెవ్వరూ లేరు.”
