भीष्मस्य शरशय्या-प्राप्तिः

Bhīṣma’s Fall to the Arrow-Bed

तस्य प्राग्ज्योतिषो राजा माधवस्य महद्‌ धनु: । चिच्छेद शतधारेण भल्लेन कृतहस्तवत्‌,यह देख प्राग्ज्योतिषपुरनरेश भगदत्तने सात्यकिके विशाल धनुषको एक सिद्धहस्त योद्धाकी भाँति सौ धारवाले भल्लके द्वारा काट डाला

tasya prāgjyotiṣo rājā mādhavasya mahad dhanuḥ | ciccheda śatadhāreṇa bhallena kṛtahastavat ||

సంజయుడు పలికెను—అప్పుడు ప్రాగ్జ్యోతిషాధిపతి రాజు భగదత్తుడు నిపుణ ధనుర్ధరుడిలా శతధార గల భల్లబాణంతో మాధవుని మహా ధనుస్సును కోసివేశెను।
