यथाप्राणं यथोत्साहं योधयामासुररजुनम्‌ | अमित तेजस्वी अर्जुनके द्वारा मारे जानेपर भी सैन्धव योद्धा बल और उत्साहपूर्वक उनके साथ जूझते ही रहे

Transliteration

yathāprāṇaṃ yathotsāhaṃ yodhayāmāsur arjunam | amita-tejasvinā arjunena māryamāṇā api saindhavā yodhā bala-utsāha-pūrvakaṃ tena saha yuyudhire ||

Translation

వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—ప్రాణబలమంతటితో, తగ్గని ఉత్సాహంతో యోధులు అర్జునునితో యుద్ధం చేసిరి. అపార తేజస్సుగల అర్జునుని చేతిలో కోయబడుచున్నప్పటికీ సైంధవ వీరులు బలధైర్యాలతో అతనితోనే పోరాడుతూనే నిలిచిరి.
