Subhadrā’s Petition to Kṛṣṇa for the Revival of Parīkṣit (अभिमन्युज-प्राणरक्षा-प्रार्थना)
त्वया होतत् प्रतिज्ञातमैषीके यदुनन्दन । अहं संजीवयिष्यामि मृतं जातमिति प्रभो
tvayā hotat pratijñātam aiṣīke yadunandana | ahaṁ saṁjīvayiṣyāmi mṛtaṁ jātam iti prabho ||
వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—యదునందనా, ప్రభూ! అశ్వత్థాముడు ఐషీక (బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర) అస్త్రాన్ని విడిచినప్పుడు నీవు అప్పుడు ఈ ఘన ప్రతిజ్ఞ చేసితివి—‘మృతుడై జన్మించిన శిశువును నేను జీవింపజేస్తాను’ అని.
