Book 14, Chapter 43
दीक्षितानां तथा यज्ञो दैवानां मघवा तथा । दिशामुदीची विप्राणां सोमो राजा प्रतापवान्
dīkṣitānāṃ tathā yajño daivānāṃ maghavā tathā | diśām udīcī viprāṇāṃ somo rājā pratāpavān ||
దీక్ష స్వీకరించినవారిలో యజ్ఞమే అధిపతి; దేవతలలో మఘవా (ఇంద్రుడు) అధిపతి. దిశలలో ఉత్తరదిక్కే స్వామ్యము కలది; బ్రాహ్మణులలో ప్రతాపవంతుడైన సోమరాజే ప్రధానుడిగా భావింపబడును.
